Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival 2011. Welcome to the information page for The Coupeville Festival. We are one of the oldest Street Fairs in the United States. We hold our event on the Second Weekend in August, rain or shine. We are a juried show, and have over 240 vendors from around the country.
